从能量分配角度分析了光纤干涉式顺变柱体传感器的工作原理,给出了复合顺变柱体的等效刚度系数计算公式。采用有限元分析方法对复合顺变柱体进行固有频率的仿真,并得出光纤缠绕起始位置应该距离中间惯性振子5mm的结论;实验采用固有频率测量的方法间接计算顺变柱体的等效刚度系数,对三个顺变柱体传感器进行的测量实验结果表明,该方法可作为顺变柱体复合刚度系数计算的依据。
The working principle of fiber optic interference CBT sensor is analyzed from the angle of energy distribution, and the formula of equivalent stiffness coefficient of compound CVT cylinder is given. The finite element method was used to simulate the natural frequency of the composite cocular cylinder and the conclusion that the starting position of the optical fiber winding should be 5mm from the middle inertia oscillator was obtained. The equivalent stiffness coefficient of the cocular cylinder was calculated indirectly by the method of natural frequency The experimental results of three parallel cylinder sensors show that this method can be used as the basis for calculating the composite stiffness coefficient of the bimodal cylinder.
