目的观察半导体激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹引发的神经痛的有效性。方法100例带状疱疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用半导体激光波长830 nm,功率350 mW,在疼痛部位周围选取3~5个痛点直接照射,每点3~5 min,每日1次,同时应用抗病毒药物及提高免疫制剂。对照组仅用抗病毒及提高免疫制剂,药物及用法同治疗组。结果治疗组疼痛缓解及疱疹消退的有效率为94%(47/50例)显著高于对照组76%(38/50例)(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论半导体激光照射联合药物治疗是一种安全有效的治疗带状疱疹神经痛的方法。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of semiconductor laser combined with medicine in the treatment of neuralgia induced by shingles. Methods 100 cases of shingles were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. In the treatment group, semiconductor laser wavelength 830 nm and power 350 mW were used. In the treatment group, 3-5 pain points were selected and exposed directly to each point for 3 ~ 5 min once a day while antiviral drugs and immunosuppressants were applied. Control group only with anti-virus and enhance immune agents, drugs and usage of the same treatment group. Results The effective rate of relieving pain and eliminating herpes in the treatment group was 94% (47/50), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76/50) (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of semiconductor laser irradiation and medical treatment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of neuralgia of herpes zoster.
