本文建立了烟草中维生素E含量的测定方法。样品用饱和抗坏血酸乙醇溶液萃取,液相色谱检测;色谱柱为Nova-PakC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为98%的甲醇溶液,等度洗脱,FLD检测器检测(激发波长298nm,发射波长325nm),流速1.0mL/min;方法检出限为0.03mg/g,日内精密度RSD为5.16%,日间精密度RSD为5.58%,回收率范围在92.7%~114.7%。
This article established the determination of vitamin E content in tobacco. The sample was extracted with saturated ascorbic acid ethanol solution and detected by liquid chromatography. The column was Nova-Pak C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of 98% methanol solution and isocratic elution. The detection wavelength was 298nm , The emission wavelength was at 325 nm) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The detection limit was 0.03 mg / g. The intraday RSD was 5.16%. The intraday RSD was 5.58% and the recovery ranged from 92.7% to 114.7%.
