体育课是以身体活动为主要表现形式的课堂教学形式,教学过程中必须有适宜的运动负荷作为支撑,这是体育课教学区别于其他学科教学最为显著的特征。体育课堂教学中运动负荷安排的是否适宜,直接影响到教学目标是否能够达成及课堂教学的总体效果。笔者在排球正面双手垫球教学的不同阶段,尝试运用“球的利用率”来安排运动负荷,并作为学生练习的要求和教师监督的手段,以期到预期的教学目标,收到较好的效果。“利用率”简单的说就是一个整体中
