在“主制造商-供应商”的飞机研制体系下,供应商负责研制机载软件并交付给主制造商,主制造商完成系统集成试验和飞机级试验。机载软件更改会对主制造商飞机研制工作产生影响,包括工作量、进度、成本等方面。首先识别了机载软件更改起因,对不同类别的更改进行分类,同时分析了机载软件更改对主制造商飞机研制工作的影响,包括由机载软件更改引起的额外工作以及研发成本,最后从机载软件快速转换、软件加载以及主制造商验证试验方面提出了主制造商机载软件更改策略,从而降低机载软件更改对主制造商飞机研制活动的不利影响。
In the “Master Manufacturer - Supplier” aircraft development system, the supplier is responsible for the development of the onboard software and delivery to the main manufacturer, the main manufacturer to complete the system integration test and the aircraft level test. Airborne software changes can affect the main manufacturer aircraft development, including workload, schedule and cost. Firstly, it identifies the causes of airborne software changes and classifies the changes in different categories. At the same time, it analyzes the impact of airborne software changes on the development of aircrafts, including extra work and research and development costs caused by airborne software changes. Finally, Onboard software rapid transitions, software loadings, and major manufacturer validation tests have proposed a master manufacturer’s onboard software change strategy to reduce the adverse impact of onboard software changes on the main manufacturer aircraft development activities.
