目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茅莓根中表儿茶素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水溶液(12∶88),等度洗脱;柱温为25℃;检测波长为280 nm。结果:表儿茶素浓度在0.01~0.6 mg·m L-1(r=1)范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=9)为97.9%,RSD为1.92%。结论:本方法简便准确,快速可靠,可用于茅莓根药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of epicatechin in Majiang root. Methods: The column was Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (1:88) and wasocratically eluted. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The linear relationship between epicatechin concentration and its peak area in the range of 0.01-0.6 mg · m L-1 (r = 1) was good. The average recovery (n = 9) was 97.9% with a RSD of 1.92%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, rapid and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Mao-berm medicinal herbs.
