采用盆栽试验研究了砂培和土培条件下 ,泡囊—丛枝 (VA)菌根菌 (Glomus mosseae)和解磷细菌 (Bacillus megaterium)双接种对红三叶草生长和磷营养的影响。结果表明 :单接种解磷细菌对红三叶草菌根侵染率无显著影响 ,而菌根菌和解磷细菌双接种对红三叶草生长和磷营养改善有正交互效应 ,且在砂培条件下效应更为明显
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of double inoculations of Glomus mosseae and Bacillus megaterium on growth and phosphorus nutrition of red clover under sand culture and soil culture conditions. The results showed that single inoculation of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria had no significant effect on the mycorrhizal infection rate of red clover, but double inoculation of mycorrhizal and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria had an orthogonal interaction effect on red clover growth and phosphorus nutrition improvement.
