目的:评估2型糖尿病患者压力感受水平。方法:采用目的抽样、横断面调查方式,220名2型糖尿病成人患者,采取无记名自评方式填写由个人基本资料和压力感受量表两部分组成的问卷。所得资料用描述性分析法描述个人基本资料和压力感受的频数分布、百分比、平均值、最大值、最小值等。用Pearson相关分析法分析基本资料各项目与空腹血糖值和压力感受总分之间的相关关系。结果:研究对象所感受到的整体压力在中度以下;女性压力感受水平较男性高;空腹血糖值与压力感受呈显著正相关(r=0.265,p<0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的压力感受水平越低,空腹血糖控制得越好,提示可通过护理干预、减轻患者的压力感受水平来控制其血糖水平。
Objective: To evaluate the level of stress perception in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 220 adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the questionnaire by means of objective sampling and cross-sectional survey. The questionnaire was composed of two parts: basic personal information and pressure sensation scale. Descriptive analysis of the information obtained using the descriptive analysis of personal information and frequency of stress distribution, percentage, average, maximum, minimum and so on. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between each item of basic data and the fasting blood glucose level and the total score of stress. Results: The overall stress experienced by the study participants was below moderate; the level of female stress was higher than that of men; the fasting blood glucose was positively correlated with stress (r = 0.265, p <0.001). Conclusion: The lower the level of pressure sensitivity in type 2 diabetes patients, the better the control of fasting blood glucose, suggesting that the level of blood pressure can be controlled by nursing intervention and relieving the patients’ stress level.
