本实验以串脉冲刺激腓神经为伤害性刺激,以杏仁核痛敏单位电活动为指标,在32只家兔刺激皮层SI区,观察对杏仁核痛兴奋单位和痛抑制单位电活动的影响。其结果是:刺激SI区使痛兴奋单位放电数目增多;痛抑制单位放电数目减少或暂停。同时刺激SI区和腓神经有明显协同作用,电针穴位后以同样参数刺激SI区对痛兴奋单位有抑制作用,对痛抑制单位使抑制减弱或解除。提示,SI区对杏仁核痛敏单位电活动有一定调制作用。
In this experiment, the stimulation of the peroneal nerve with nocturnal pulse was used as the nociceptive stimulus. The electrical activity of the amygdala was used as an index in 32 rabbits to stimulate the cortical SI. The effects on the electrical activity of the pain-stimulating unit and the pain-inhibiting unit of amygdala were observed. The result is: stimulation of the SI area so that the number of pain excitement unit discharge increased; pain suppression units reduce the number of discharge or suspended. Simultaneous stimulation of SI and the peroneal nerve have a significant synergistic effect, EA points acupuncture points with the same parameters to stimulate the SI zone of pain-stimulating units have an inhibitory effect on the pain suppression unit so that the inhibition weakened or lifted. Tip, SI area of the amygdala pain-sensitive unit of electrical activity have a modulation effect.
