基础教育课程改革的实施,使原来的教学方法、教学模式受到了前所未有的挑战。一种新型的教学方法、和谐民主的课堂环境、学生积极参与,师生互动的学习氛围被越来越多地要求引入课堂。大量的数学知识在学生的猜想、实验、归纳和验证中被发现和接受。做教师的要改变观念,调整方法,充分调动学生的积极性,让全体学生参与到课堂的各个环节中,大胆动手、动脑,培养学生的参与意识,发展学生的数学思维。这样既可以减轻学生负担、增强学生学习数学的兴趣,又能够大幅度提高教学质量,提高学生的数学素质。我经过近三十年的探索,结合教学经验,谈谈自己在教学实践中的几点体会,以起到抛砖引玉的作用。
The implementation of the reform of basic education curriculum has made the original teaching methods and teaching modes have been hitherto unknown challenges. A new teaching method, a harmonious and democratic classroom environment, active participation of students, and an interactive learning atmosphere between teachers and students are increasingly required to be introduced into the classroom. A great deal of mathematical knowledge is found and accepted in students’ conjectures, experiments, inductions and verifications. Teachers should change their concepts, adjust methods, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, so that all students involved in all aspects of the classroom, boldly start their brains, cultivate students ’awareness of participation and develop students’ mathematical thinking. This will not only reduce the burden on students, enhance students ’interest in math, but also greatly improve the quality of teaching and improve students’ mathematical quality. After nearly thirty years of exploration, I have combined my experiences in teaching to talk about my experiences in teaching practice so as to serve as a valuable guide.
