目的:筛选、优化养心颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:以溶剂量(6、8、10倍量水)、煎煮时间(0.5、1、1.5 h)、煎煮次数(1、2、3次)为正交试验考察因素和水平,以养心颗粒高效液相色谱图中葛根素、阿魏酸、橙皮苷、丹酚酸B、甘草酸铵、五味子醇甲6种活性成分含量为指标进行综合评价,优选养心颗粒制备工艺。结果:由正交试验直观分析可知,各因素对提取工艺的影响顺序为溶剂体积>提取次数>提取时间;由方差分析可知,溶剂体积、提取次数因素对制备工艺有显著性影响。根据直观分析K值确定最佳制备工艺条件为A2B2C2。结论:筛选出最佳提取工艺条件为以8倍量水100℃回流2次,每次1 h。
Objective: To screen and optimize the best preparation process of Yangxin granules.
