Senators in the anti-Japanese base area, as the new type of power body under the specific historic conditions during the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, though they are generally held under the macroeconomic background of the anti-Japanese national united front policy and democratic government, However, due to the difference of territorial environment, war situation and social ecology between the anti-Japanese bases, to a large extent, there are also some notable discrepancies between the senators in the base areas. If we make a comparison between the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and the Senators in the Anti-Japanese Base in North China, we can clearly see out some unique features and group characteristics of the senators in different regions and communities. At the same time, the significant differences between the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region and the Senators in the North China Anti-Japanese Base Area, whether historic or structural, have not only made clear the unique historical outlook of the Chinese revolution but also to a large extent On the development of China’s revolutionary road.
