复方乐果是广东化州县南茂农药厂生产的一种有机磷农药。我们在进行急性毒性实验的同时进行了胆碱酯酶活力的测定。实验选用健康的Spragae-dauleg大白鼠80只,重100～150g,随机分成8组,每组10只(雌雄各半)。染毒7个组,灌胃给药,剂量分别为146、175、210、215、302、362、434mg/kg体重。

We performed the determination of cholinesterase activity while carrying out acute toxicity experiments. Eighty healthy Spragae-dauleg rats were selected and weighed 100 ~ 150g. They were randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 rats (male and female half). Seven groups were inoculated intragastrically with dosages of 146,175,210,215,302,362,434 mg / kg body weight respectively.
