住宅的建设用地使用权只有70年,在不久的将来,我国会面临许多产权到期的房屋归属问题。从目前的立法状况看,自动续期是主要的方向。但是,很在很多具体的问题上,法律还没有做出相关的规定,这引起了很多居民的困惑。本文在《物权法》基础之上,对一些具体的问题做出了一定的探讨。
Residential construction land use rights only 70 years, in the near future, China will face many property ownership due to expire. Judging from the current legislative status, automatic renewal is the main direction. However, very many specific issues, the law has not made the relevant provisions, which has caused many residents confusion. Based on the “Property Law”, this article makes some discussions on some specific issues.
