目前,国内三家运营商关于3G上网的资费标准已系数出台,有的侧重于按时长计费,有的侧重于按流量计费。无论采用哪种计费模式,都是我国3G市场起步阶段的有益探索。对于没有3G运营经验的国内运营商而言,也许海外成熟市场运营商的计费策略值得借鉴。本期专题我们将眼光投向KDDI、SKT、at&t、Vodafone、和黄以及NTT docomo,探究这些海外运营商的计费模式,寻找各家资费套餐背后的定价影响因素,以期为处于探索阶段的国内运营商提供借鉴。
Currently, the tariffs of the three domestic operators on the 3G Internet have been introduced. Some have focused on charging on time and some have focused on billing by traffic. No matter what kind of billing model, are the beneficial exploration of the initial stage of China’s 3G market. For domestic operators that do not have experience in 3G operations, it may be worth learning from the billing strategies of mature overseas market operators. In this issue we look at KDDI, SKT, AT & T, Vodafone, Hutchison, and NTT docomo to explore the pricing models of these overseas carriers and to find the pricing drivers behind each tariff package with a view to providing services to domestic operators in the exploration phase Business to provide reference.
