用栓 盘式端面摩擦磨损试验机在干摩擦条件下考察了环境温度对热压成型的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺 (PMI A)摩擦磨损性能的影响。并用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)、X光电子能谱 (XPS)等对磨屑形貌、元素的含量等作了分析研究。结果表明 ,PMIA的摩擦系数随环境温度的升高 ,先增大后减小 ,在 13 7℃出现最大值 ,磨损量随温度的升高而增大。不同的温度下 PMIA产生的磨屑形状不同 ,聚合物的粘弹行为影响着 PMIA的摩擦磨损性能。
The effect of ambient temperature on the friction and wear properties of hot-pressed poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PMI A) was investigated under a dry friction condition by using a plug-type end friction tester. The morphology and content of wear debris were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the friction coefficient of PMIA increases first and then decreases with the increase of ambient temperature. The maximum value appears at 13 7 ℃, and the wear amount increases with the increase of temperature. The different shapes of wear debris produced by PMIA at different temperatures and the viscoelastic behavior of the polymer affect the friction and wear properties of PMIA.
