以南京地铁二号线新街口站工程为背景,对钻孔咬合桩的关键施工工艺和施工中常见问题的处理措施进行系统研究,通过室内抗渗试验模拟新街口车站现场浇注咬合桩过程,研究咬合面抗渗性能,并对新街口车站基坑进行全方位监测。研究表明咬合桩相对与其他围护结构具有施工工艺简单,技术易掌握,保护环境,且经济性显著等特性,咬合桩最佳咬合间隔时间为20~30 h,极限咬合时间为60 h,其结构性能能在复杂环境深大地铁车站的施工中成功应用。
Taking the construction of Xinjiekou Station of Nanjing Metro Line 2 as a background, the key construction technology of drilling bite pile and the treatment measures of common problems in construction are systematically studied. Through the indoor anti-seepage test, the process of pouring bite pile at site of Xinjiekou Station , Research occlusal surface impermeability, and comprehensive monitoring of Xinjiekou station pit. The results show that the bite pile has the characteristics of simple construction technology, easy technology control, environmental protection and economy, compared with other retaining structures. The optimal bite interval is 20-30 h and the limit occlusion time is 60 h, The structural performance can be successfully applied in the construction of deep metro stations in complex environment.
