南宁万科大厦北塔造型独特,架空层层高为19.8m,三个落地剪力墙筒和三片剪力墙支撑起整个建筑,上部采用框架-剪力墙结构,所有框架柱通过4层高的转换桁架转换,给结构设计带来很大挑战。着重介绍这个特殊结构体系的构建过程及其抗震性能化设计情况,螺旋形落地筒、斜墙、扁担墙、转换桁架及复杂节点的分析与设计,及混凝土徐变、收缩、温度效应和施工顺序等对结构变形、重要构件内力的影响。分析表明,上述转换结构体系安全可靠。
