柿树原产于我国,有着悠久的栽培历史。柿树具有适应性强、产量高、用途广和经济寿命长等特点,是开发荒山、滩涂地的优良经济林树种,其柿果作为一种秋季时令果品,因营养丰富、甘美爽口,有着显著的经济效益。柿树在栽培管理的过程中,病虫害问题一直是制约柿树经济效益和栽植规模的重要因素。基于此,着重就常见的柿炭疽病的特征与侵染规律进行了分析,并从超微结构观察的角度出发,分析了柿树叶柄被炭疽病菌侵染的过程,为探索炭疽原菌侵染柿树的作用机理提供了新的观测视角。
