胶粉改性沥青应用于城区道路建设,有利于减薄路面、延长路面使用寿命,同时能够降低路面行车噪音,提高行车舒适度。此外,胶粉来源于废旧轮胎等橡胶制品,使用改性沥青能够大量消耗此类橡胶制品,利于环保。本文基于胶粉改性沥青的作用机理及研究应用现状,进行性能改善验证试验,对呼伦贝尔路道路改造工程项目中胶粉改性沥青配合比设计和施工等内容进行研究,最终验证该胶粉改性沥青对于道路性能的提升效果。
Rubber powder modified asphalt used in urban road construction is conducive to thinning the road surface to extend the service life of the road, while reducing road noise and improve driving comfort. In addition, the rubber powder from scrap tires and other rubber products, the use of modified asphalt can consume such rubber products in large quantities, which is conducive to environmental protection. In this paper, based on the mechanism of action of modified crumb rubber and the status quo of research and application, performance improvement verification test is carried out to study the design and construction of rubber powder modified asphalt in Hulun Buir road reconstruction project.
