从我省中部地区种植玉米的贫磷土壤样品进行分离筛选获得了综合能力较强的细菌24株;通过DNA测序和16S rRNA系统发育分析,分别鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis strain Q1)、苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis serovar kurstaki strain AR-10)、荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf0-1)、蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、伯克金氏菌(Burkholderia sp.CEB01056)、Oxalobacteraceae bacterium NR186和肠杆菌(Enterobacter ludwigii strain K9);田间试验结果表明:溶磷发酵液与化肥配施的情况下,磷肥用量减少1/3或2/3的处理与全量磷肥产量差异不显著,各个处理与对照相比均表现明显的增产效应。
Twenty-four strains of bacteria with strong comprehensive ability were isolated and screened from the phosphorus-poor soil samples of corn planting in the central region of our province. Through DNA sequencing and 16S rRNA phylogenetic analysis, the strains were identified as Bacillus subtilis strain Q1, Bacillus thuringiensis serovar kurstaki strain AR-10, Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf0-1, Bacillus cereus, Burkholderia sp. CEB01056, Oxalobacteae bacterium NR186 And Enterobacter ludwigii strain K9. The results of field experiments showed that there was no significant difference between the phosphate fertilizer application rate and the total phosphorus rate when the phosphate fertilizer broth and chemical fertilizer were applied. Compared with the control showed significant yield-increasing effect.
