钻井作业中三缸往复泵液力端的水击有较大的危害。但由于所检测的振动信号复杂,现有的信号分析方法不能在很高的背景噪声下较有效地提取反映出水击的特征信息,因此,有必要进行新的和更为有效的特征提取方法的研究。现文将小波分析应用于往复泵水击振动特征的提取上。通过对某些频段小波变换信号的重构,结合缸内压力信号或反映活塞位置(时标)信号的相位分析,可得到更为明显的水击特征,能够较为准确地判别水击发生的时间位置。
Three-cylinder reciprocating hydraulic drilling operation in the hydraulic hammer has a greater hazard. However, due to the complexity of the detected vibration signals, the existing signal analysis methods can not extract the feature information reflecting water hammer more effectively under the high background noise. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out new and more efficient feature extraction methods the study. In this paper, wavelet analysis is applied to the extraction of water hammer vibration characteristics of reciprocating pumps. Through the reconstruction of wavelet transform signals in some frequency bands and the phase analysis of the signal of in-cylinder pressure or reflecting the position of the piston (time scale), the more obvious water hammer characteristics can be obtained, and the time of water hammer can be discriminated more accurately position.
