目的 探讨计算机三维重建技术在颈静脉孔区研究中的应用。 方法 用生物塑化技术制作 1 2mm厚的薄层断面标本 ,在SGI工作站上对颈静脉孔及相关结构进行三维重建。 结果 计算机三维重建图像可显示颈静脉孔区重要神经、血管 ,能够清楚显示颈内动脉、颈内静脉及舌咽、迷走、副神经束与颅底骨结构的三维解剖关系。重建结构能够以单独或联合方式显示 ,并可绕任意轴进行旋转 ,任意径线及角度均可适时测量。 结论计算机三维重建技术对颈静脉孔区的解剖研究具有重要应用价值
Objective To investigate the application of three-dimensional computer reconstruction in the study of jugular foramen area. Methods Biopanning technique was used to make thin sections with a thickness of 1 2 mm. Three-dimensional reconstructions of the jugular foramen and related structures were performed on the SGI workstation. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction images of the computer can display important nerves and blood vessels in the jugular foramen region. The three-dimensional anatomical relationships between the internal carotid artery, internal jugular vein and glossopharyngeal, vagal, accessory nerve bundle and skull base can be clearly shown. Reconstructed structures can be displayed individually or in combination and can be rotated about any axis, with any diameter and angle measured in real time. Conclusion Computer 3D reconstruction has important value in the anatomy of jugular foramen
