With China’s accession to the WTO and the need for world economic integration, building an advanced corporate culture has increasingly become a driving force for business development. Corporate culture is a cultural achievement created by business operations as a main body of market operation with the development of market economy. The corporate culture reflects the internal management relationship of the enterprise. It is the basic principle and method adopted by most members of the organization when they feel, recognize, think about and solve problems. It is a company’s unique values, beliefs, and norms.
