农机工业是北京市机械行业中一个较小的工业体系,现有直属企业10个,拥有主要生产设备3000余台;设备役龄10年以下的1025台,占32.6%,10~20年的1695台,占53.9%,20年以上的427台,占13.5%;设备新度系数1988年为0.51,低于全国机械行业的0.60,也低于全国农机行业的0.61。我系统设备管理工作存在的主要问题是,多数企业领导重生产、重利润,轻设备管理与维修;设备役龄长,老化和失修严重;有些企业的折旧基金和大修理基金挪作他用,更新改造资金不足;现代设备管理开展不够普遍;管理与维修人员不够稳定,有的维修人员甚至被充实到一线生产产品。几年来,总公司从基础工作入手,加强设备管理工作,采取了一些措施,也取得一些成效,但并未从
Agricultural machinery industry is a relatively small industrial system in Beijing’s machinery industry. There are 10 directly-owned enterprises with more than 3,000 major production equipment; 1,025 units with equipment age less than 10 years, accounting for 32.6%, 1695 for 10-20 years.
