文章介绍采用改进的有限元轴对称程序,在TQ—16机上对AHY1000齿盘定位液压回转工作台的定位夹紧刚度进行的有限元计算。计算结果表明,花盘变形是“内凹外翘”,变形与夹紧力成正比。当夹紧力一定时,花盘本身变形约占综合变形的二分之一到三分之二左右.减少定位齿盘直径对提高工作台的定位夹紧刚度是有利的。此结论与试验结果是一致的。图4幅,表2个。
In this paper, finite element method is introduced to improve the positioning clamping stiffness of AHY1000 gear positioning hydraulic rotary table on the TQ-16 by using the improved finite element axisymmetric program. The calculation results show that the deformation of the faceplate is “concave and convex”, and the deformation is proportional to the clamping force. When the clamping force is constant, the deformation of the faceplate itself takes about one-half to two-thirds of the overall deformation, and reducing the diameter of the positioning chainring is advantageous for improving the positioning clamping rigidity of the worktable. This conclusion is consistent with the test results. Figure 4, Table 2.
