在实验室用吃虫琳队0.05%、0.1%和0.2%三种浓度对台湾乳白蚁进行毒土触杀、穿土和选择性试验。此虫林触杀速度较毒死蜱慢,0.05%浓度需6天才能全部杀死白蚁。穿土试验结果表明:白蚁不能穿透此虫啉三种浓度配制的毒土层。在选择性试验中,吡虫林三种浓度处理的滤纸上滞留的白蚁明显比无药的滤纸多,表明该药有驱避作用。
Termitomyces taiwanensis was exposed to earthworms and selective tests in three concentrations of 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.2% in the laboratory. This worm forest contact speed slower than chlorpyrifos, 0.05% concentration required 6 days to kill all termites. Wearing soil test results show that: termites can not penetrate the three concentrations of pesticides formulated toxic soil layer. In selective tests, the termite shelter filters treated with three concentrations of imidacloprid significantly more than non-drug filter paper, indicating that the drug repellent effect.
