目前国内治疗绦虫病以槟榔、阿的平为主,但槟榔效果较差,一般疗效只有30～50%,阿的平的胃肠道反应较大。我们最近应用硫双二氯酚治疗一例牛肉绦虫病,获得良好效果,特报告如下:患者(住院号115650)女性,57岁,体重50公斤,因间歇性脐周围疼痛及排出白色虫片15年,于1964年3月24日入院。半月来,患者腹痛较前增剧,由大便中排出的虫片也较前增加。体格检查未发现异常。实验室检查:血红蛋白74%,红细胞360万,白细胞7,000,嗜酸5%、中性65%、淋巴26%、单核4%,尿常规检
