人口老龄化日益加剧,加快建立社会养老服务体系,发展健康养老年产业和休闲养生地建设,则是新常态、新机遇的重要内容之一。主动适应和引领经济发展新常态,依托我市特有资源禀赋,以“医养结合项目”为载体,以“健康养老休闲养生”为发展主题,推动我市经济由第二产业主导向第二、三产业支撑转型、由旅游经济向养老、养生经济转型,将是我市未来一段时间内的重要课题。我市拥有较好的旅游资源和生态资源,利用“焦作山水”“太极文化故里”两个品牌,推进南太行生态旅游和黄河文化旅游联动发展对养老产业发展及养生地建设有独特优势,但尚未形成完整而成熟的产业体系。本文以党和国家的政策精神为统领,基于我国人口老龄化发展态势,选取焦作市为研究样本,借助于多角度研究考察,期望能够为我市养老养生产业的战略性发展提供具有现实性、操作性及可行性较强的研究结论与对策建议。 Aging of the population is increasing day by day. Accelerating the establishment of a social pension service system and the development of a healthy old-age industry and a leisure and health-preserving place are one of the important contents of the new normal and new opportunities. Actively adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development, rely on the unique resources of our city, take the “medical support combination project” as the carrier, and adopt the “healthy pension and leisure health” as the theme of development to promote the city’s economy to be dominated by the secondary industry. The transition to the second and third industry support, and the transition from the tourism economy to the pension and health care economy will be an important issue for the city in the near future. The city has better tourism resources and ecological resources, using the two brands of “Jiaozuo Landscape” and “Taiji Cultural Hometown” to promote the linkage development of the South Taihang Ecotourism and the Yellow River Cultural Tourism to the development of the pension industry and the construction of health-preservation areas. Unique advantages, but have not yet formed a complete and mature industrial system. This article takes the party and the country’s policy spirit as the guide. Based on the development trend of population aging in our country, Jiaozuo City is selected as a research sample, and with the help of multiple perspectives, it is hoped that this will provide practicality for the strategic development of the old-age pension industry in our city.
