今年三月下旬重庆第一钢铁厂大型轧钢车间发生了钢板轧钢机牌坊裂缝及折断的重大事故。当牌坊断裂以后,引起了全工段职工及车间领导干部的不安,马力求老开车工人说:「牌坊断了以后,我有三天不敢开大车」,倒顺车的速度都不敢加快,以致经常发生夹死钢现象,只要轧21-23道的钢板,却轧了27-28道。工长、值班主任也因之不敢大胆指挥生产,因而究竟压多少道,压下量应该多大,怎样才能保证牌坊的另一只脚不致折断就成为全工段的主要问题。车间为了打破职工的思想顾虑,组织正常生产,就着手拟定钢板工段的压下规程,由总机械师提出牌坊的最大受力负荷定为750吨(根据加固后的牌坊计
