本文概略引用金属塑性弯曲的基本原理,结合船体构架冷弯成形工艺的特点,进一步充实和完善船体构架冷弯成形动力计算的理论;结合冷弯机床的特点,提出其弯曲力矩计算的近似公式:Mmax=(2.0—2.4)W_(?)σ_s;通过计算举例,说明各计算公式、图表的正确用法,验证近似公式在工程计算中的实用性;根据船体构架冷弯成形的工艺过程及其特点,提出选配电机功率的计算公式:N_(电机)≥((∑N_i~2t_i)/∑t_i)~(1/2)或N_(电机)≥Nmax/(1+η);根据冷弯机床加工工艺过程及其特点的分析,提出进一步减小电机功率的原则措施。
In this paper, the basic principle of metal plastic bending is briefly referenced. Based on the characteristics of cold bending forming process of hull frame, the theory of cold bending forming calculation of hull frame is further enriched and improved. Based on the characteristics of cold bending machine tool, an approximate formula of bending moment calculation is proposed: Mmax = (2.0-2.4) W _ (?) Σ_s; Through calculation examples, the correct usage of each calculation formula and chart is verified to verify the practicability of the approximate formula in engineering calculation.
