目的了解2013年连州市麻疹疑似病例麻疹Ig M抗体水平,为麻疹预防和临床诊断提供准确可靠依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)对2013年连州市的麻疹疑似病例血清进行Ig M检测,Ig M阳性病例的血清、咽拭子和尿液采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行麻疹病毒分离、鉴定。结果采集99例麻疹疑似病例血清样本99份、咽拭子和尿液样本各45份,检出血清麻疹Ig M抗体阳性45份,阳性率为45.5%。对血清麻疹Ig M抗体阳性病例血清样本12份、咽拭子和尿液样本各6份进行麻疹病毒鉴定,经麻疹病毒分离或RT-PCR方法扩增病毒及基因测序,全部是麻疹病毒本土优势基因型Hla。病例年龄以0岁组最多,阳性率为65.8%(25/38)。全部为散发病例。发病时间主要在3—6月份,占总阳性数的91.1%(41/45)。结论麻疹疑似病例以1岁以下为主,部分血清麻疹Ig M抗体阳性病例的病毒鉴定为麻疹病毒基因型Hla。
Objective To understand the level of measles IgM antibody in suspected cases of measles in Lianzhou City in 2013 and provide an accurate and reliable basis for the prevention and clinical diagnosis of measles. Methods Serum IgM was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in suspected cases of measles in Lianzhou City in 2013. Serum, throat swabs and urine in IgM-positive cases were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction -PCR) for measles virus isolation and identification. Results 99 samples of 99 suspected cases of measles, 45 samples of throat swabs and urine samples were collected. 45 cases were positive for IgM antibodies of measles. The positive rate was 45.5%. Twelve copies of serum samples of serum IgM positive cases of measles, six samples of throat swabs and urine samples were tested for measles virus. Virus and gene sequencing were amplified by either measles virus isolation or RT-PCR, all of which were native advantages of measles virus Genotype Hla. The age of cases was the highest in 0-year-old group, the positive rate was 65.8% (25/38). All for the sporadic cases. The onset time was mainly in March-June, accounting for 91.1% (41/45) of the total positive numbers. Conclusions Suspected cases of measles are mostly under 1 year of age, and some of the seropositive IgM antibody positive cases were identified as measles virus genotype Hla.
