目的:对内科病例分析教学中行动导向教学法的探讨。方法:通过内科典型病例分析活动中学生角色扮演、角色互换,完成教师以行动为导向所设计的任务;并对此教学法进行问卷调查与评价对比。结果与结论:行动导向教学法能充分体现以“学生为主体”的教学原则,引导学生独立学习、独立思考;教学过程最大限度地调动学生的积极性,可达到培养学生综合职业能力和创新临床思维能力的目的;同时淡化了实践教学和理论教学的界限,淡化了专业学科之间的界限。
Objective: To probe into the action oriented teaching method in medical case analysis teaching. Methods: Based on the typical case analysis of internal medicine, the role of middle school students in role-playing and role-swapping was fulfilled, and the task of teacher-oriented design was completed. The questionnaire survey and evaluation of this teaching method were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The action-oriented pedagogy can fully reflect the teaching principle of “students as the main body ”, guide the students to learn independently and think independently. The teaching process can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to the utmost extent, so as to cultivate students’ comprehensive professional ability and innovation The purpose of clinical thinking ability; at the same time dilute the boundaries of practical teaching and theoretical teaching, dilute the boundaries between professional disciplines.
