以连铸生产的铌微合金高强度耐腐蚀船板钢铸坯为原料,以热轧TMCP工艺为基础,通过扫描电镜观察和力学性能检测,分析了热轧终了钢板的返红温度对热轧板组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的返红温度范围内,返红温度越低,试验钢晶粒越细,组织类型为准多边形铁素体和少量珠光体,屈服强度和抗拉强度升高。返红温度过低,冷速过大,试验钢板宽度方向的温度梯度大,不同部位的过冷程度差异大,易出现混晶组织,塑性降低。
Based on the TMCP hot-rolling process, the microstructure of niobium micro-alloy high-strength corrosion-resistant ship steel slab produced by continuous casting was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties test.
