用杂交瘤融合法建立了抗ＨＲＰ－抗ＨＢｃ双特异性单克隆抗体（ＢｓＡｂ）杂交－杂交瘤细胞系，它分泌的腹水抗体经ＦＰＬＣ－离子交换层析梯度盐洗脱呈现三个主峰，抗体活性检测表明依次为抗ＨＲＰ、ＢｓＡｂ及抗ＨＢｃ。试用ＢｓＡｂ－ＨＲＰ复合物检测乙肝病例血样，与市售试剂盒初步比较，效果满意。
The anti-HRP-anti-HBc bispecific monoclonal antibody (BsAb) hybridization-hybridoma cell line was established by hybridoma fusion method. The secreted ascites antibody showed three main peaks by FPLC-ion exchange chromatography gradient elution. Activity tests showed anti-HRP, BsAb and anti-HBc. Trying BsAb-HRP complex to detect hepatitis B cases blood samples, preliminary comparison with commercially available kits, the results are satisfactory.
