现代钢铁企业中,铁水物流过程工艺复杂、设备众多,对铁水调度进行研究具有重要的理论意义及实际应用价值。在对铁水物流过程及铁水调度问题进行描述的基础上,提出了铁水调度的仿真策略,开发了基于可视化的图形化编辑器平台的铁水调度仿真系统,介绍了仿真系统的总体框架,应用离散事件仿真方法对铁水物流过程进行了仿真,并对扰动事件的模拟与识别模型、扰动的动态调整方法进行了研究。描述了仿真系统的软件结构及功能。应用国内某大型钢铁企业生产现场的实际数据进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明了所开发的铁水调度仿真系统的有效性,为深入研究铁水调度的智能优化算法提供了可视化的仿真实验平台,并为进一步在实际生产中应用奠定了基础。
In the modern steel industry, the process of hot metal logistics is complicated and has many equipments. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the hot metal scheduling. Based on the description of hot metal flow and hot metal scheduling problems, a simulation strategy of hot metal scheduling is proposed.
