全息摄影方法比普通照相方法提供许多优点。若干这样的优点是由于使用全息摄影可能获致高信息密度。正在证实研制出全息电影系统的可能性,它不仅有平面影象,而且有立体影象。全息摄影软片材料的高分辨本领使得有可能耗用较少软片材料而得到较高的影象质量。从而就可能制造出较普通设备既小而又轻的设备。这个方法仍然存在困难,但正在被克服中。本文描述在莫斯科 NIKFI 曾经进行过的研究工作,并且证实在电影摄影技术中应用全息摄影方法是有前途的。
Holographic methods offer many advantages over ordinary photographic methods. A number of such advantages are due to the high information density possible with holography. The possibility of developing a holographic cinema system is being proven. It is not only a planar image but also a stereo image. The high resolution of holographic film materials makes it possible to use less film material for higher image quality. This makes it possible to produce devices that are both smaller and lighter than the more common ones. This method is still difficult, but it is being overcome. This article describes research conducted by the NIKFI in Moscow and confirms the promising application of holographic methods in cinematography.
