采用硝 酸镧溶 液为滴定 剂，电导 滴定法确 定终点 测定磷 肥和复 混肥 中五氧 化二 磷的含量，滴定 适宜的 ｐ Ｈ 值范 围为 ４～ ７，在此范 围内钙 离子没有 干扰。本方 法测定的 回收率 在 ９９５％～１００５ ％ ，准确度 与重量 法接近，装 置简单 ，测定一 份浸取 液仅 需数分 钟，适 用于含 磷肥 料中总磷量、水 溶性磷 和有效磷 的测定 。
