目的对金莲花水提物中具有体外抗菌活性的化学成分进行研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段进行分离,利用理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:藜芦酸(1)、苯甲酸(2)、(R)-10,16-二羟基十六烷酸(3)、芹菜素(4)、木犀草素(5)、鼠尾草素(6)和槲皮素(7)。结论化合物2-4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents with the antibacterial activity in vitro of the aqueous extract of Trollius chinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Seven compounds were identified and identified as: (1) veratronic acid, benzoic acid (2), (R) -10,16- dihydroxyhexadecanoic acid (3), apigenin (5), trimin (6) and quercetin (7). Conclusion Compounds 2-4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
