随着现代建筑日新月异的变化,以及人们对建筑品质的要求不断提高,机电安装工程作为贯穿工程建设始末的重要组成部分,必须利用好BIM技术并将其作为主要突破口,从传统的二维平面管理模式向三维、动态管理模式转变,综合利用BIM的模拟性、协调性、可出图性与优化性,切实有效的提高效率、形成标准化工程管控措施,以指导工程实践,为工程建设带来更高的经济及社会价值。
