对农产品进行残留药物的检测,不仅是保证农产品质量安全的重要手段,更是维护人民身体健康的必要措施。在对农产品残存农药的检测上,较为常用的有酶抑制率法,其显著的特点为:操作易、成本低、效率高,速度快,而且对检测人员技术水平没有太大要求。基于此,介绍农药残留速测技术原理,并分析了农药残留速测技术中常见的影响因素,并提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。
The detection of residual drugs on agricultural products is not only an important measure to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, but also the necessary measure to safeguard people’s health. In the detection of pesticide residues on agricultural products, the more commonly used enzyme inhibition rate method, its notable features are: easy operation, low cost, high efficiency, speed, but also on the technical level of the inspectors are not much required. Based on this, the principle of pesticide residue rapid measurement technology is introduced, and the common influencing factors in pesticide residue rapid measurement technology are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are proposed for reference.
