每年3月21日是“世界睡眠日”,之所以定这样一个日子,之所以把这么一件人人都在有意无意从事的一件事情作为一个日子,以期引起人们对睡眠的注意,现在看来一点都不荒唐。以前说人一生有1/3时间在睡眠,实际上身处21世纪,许多的人,许多的忙人,许多的想做出点名堂的人的睡眠也许只有1/4,甚至1/5。这许多的人中有中学生,沉重的学业负担,浩瀚如海洋的各类习题使得孩子们不得不以时间为代价来对付。因此睡眠不足、睡眠不足导致的免疫力下降的严峻现实是到了让国人正视的地步了!我们编发这篇关于世界睡眠日的文章,就是想让那些忙人多睡一会,再多睡一会。
