每一次新的技术革命,都给后进国家一次赶超机会,而一切经济活动的归宿都应当是提升社会总体福利。新经济时代,我们不应当一味追赶文明,而应利用文明的成果创造新的文明。本文通过对中国工业化发展历程及商业本质及演进逻辑的回顾,提出中国经济应当走一条以信息化武装商业,拉动工业,进而实现国民福利整体提升的“有中国特色的节约型发展道路”。 Each new technological revolution gives the backward countries a chance to catch up, and the end of all economic activities should be to enhance the overall welfare of society. In the new economic era, we should not only catch up with civilization, but should use the fruits of civilization to create a new civilization. Based on the review of China’s industrialization development history, commercial essence, and evolutionary logic, this paper proposes that China’s economy should adopt a “economized development path with Chinese characteristics” that uses information-based armed commerce to promote industry and further promote the overall improvement of national welfare.
