介绍了纳米氧化铝的应用、现有的合成纳米氧化铝的技术方法和特点. 论述了利用硝酸铝和炸药混合爆轰合成纳米氧化铝的实验研究. 并对未经任何处理的实验产品分别进行了高分辨率透射电镜分析、衍射分析、热分析和比表面积分析. 结果表明所得到的氧化铝为纳米级, 颗粒形状呈球形, 其粒度主要分布在10~50 nm之间, 平均粒度约为25 nm, 晶型为γ型氧化铝.
The application of nano-alumina and the existing technical methods and characteristics of synthesizing nano-alumina are introduced.Experimental researches on the synthesis of nano-alumina by mixed detonation with aluminum nitrate and explosives are discussed, and the experimental products without any treatment are respectively carried out High resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, diffraction analysis, thermal analysis and specific surface area analysis show that the obtained alumina is nanoscale and its particle shape is spherical. The particle size is mainly distributed between 10 and 50 nm with an average particle size of about 25 nm, the type of γ-alumina.
