浅谈光伏电池生产工艺之扩散制结

光伏电池的生产工艺一般需要经过硅片检测、清洗制绒、扩散制结、去磷硅玻璃和镀减反射膜、丝网印刷、快速烧结等步骤。在这些步骤中,扩散制结是光伏电池生产过程中最基本也最为核心的一个环节,因为只有形成PN结后才能够形成电流。光伏电池的性能与扩散制结的质量有着密切的关系。因此,需要严格的控制好扩散制结这一环节的质量才能够满足光伏电池性能的要求。本文主要针对光伏电池生产工艺过程中的扩散制结这一环节进行论述。
