虽然中世纪绘画没有它之前的古典艺术，或是之后的文艺复兴时期绘画那么辉煌瞩目。但其独特的艺术魅力也是前无古人后无来者的。本文就是从当时社会背景及美学思想进一步思考中世纪绘画的意义。
