目的 探讨 bcl- 2基因蛋白在成骨性肿瘤及瘤样病变中表达的方式和意义。方法 免疫组织化学染色 ,对骨肉瘤、骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良及骨痂组织中 PCNA、p5 3、Fas和 bcl- 2蛋白检测 ,对其表达与肿瘤转移、组织形态学等指标进行比较分析。结果 PCNA和 p5 3在低分化骨肉瘤中呈高表达 ,bcl- 2在高分化骨肉瘤及骨化性纤维瘤中呈高表达。PCNA和 p5 3与 bcl- 2均高表达者肿瘤发生转移的机率较高 ,而仅 bcl- 2高表达者预后较好。结论 成骨性肿瘤中良性与高恶性的发病机制有所不同 :bcl- 2高表达导致异常细胞因生存期延长而过度积累可能是良性和低度恶性肿瘤的主要发病机制。恶性肿瘤的主要发病机制则可能是多种基因异常共同作用的结果
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of bcl-2 protein in osteogenic tumors and tumor-like lesions. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PCNA, p5 3, Fas and bcl-2 protein in osteosarcoma, ossifying fibroma, fibrous dysplasia and callus tissue. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PCNA, p53, Fas and bcl- For comparative analysis. Results PCNA and p5 3 were highly expressed in poorly differentiated osteosarcoma, while bcl-2 was highly expressed in highly differentiated osteosarcoma and ossifying fibroma. PCNA, p53 and bcl-2 overexpression had a higher probability of tumor metastasis, while only bcl-2 overexpression had a better prognosis. Conclusion The pathogenesis of benign and malignant tumors in osteogenic tumors is different. High expression of bcl-2 leads to over-accumulation of abnormal cells due to prolonged survival, which may be the main pathogenesis of benign and low-grade malignant tumors. The main pathogenesis of malignant tumors may be the result of a combination of genetic abnormalities
