目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)是否参与小儿肺炎发病过程。方法 采用放免法测查 30例急性支气管肺炎患儿体内ET、CGRP的水平变化。结果 肺炎患儿血浆ET含量为(87.0 2± 30 .80 )ng/L ,CGRP含量为 (6 3.85± 2 9.89)ng/L ,ET较对照组 (6 0 .47± 14.5 3)ng/L明显升高 ,而CGRP较对照组 (86 .95± 12 .85 )ng/L明显下降 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 ET ,CGRP参与了小儿肺炎的病理生理过程。监测肺炎患儿血浆ET ,CGRP水平的变化 ,可作为判断病情变化的一项参考指标。
Objective To investigate whether endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) are involved in the pathogenesis of pneumonia in children. Methods The levels of ET and CGRP in 30 children with acute bronchopneumonia were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of ET in children with pneumonia were (87.0 2 ± 30 .80) ng / L and those of CGRP were (6 3.85 ± 2 9.89) ng / L and ET were significantly higher than those in the control group (60.74 ± 14.5 3) ng / L (P <0.01), while CGRP decreased significantly (86.95 ± 12.85) ng / L compared with the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion ET and CGRP are involved in the pathophysiological process of pneumonia in children. Monitoring plasma pneumonia in children with ET, CGRP level changes, can be used as a reference to determine the condition changes.
