采用皮尔逊相关系数法对某输气管线中大量X80钢母材夏比冲击功数据的分布模型进行了研究。基于概率断裂力学理论背景,考虑正态分布、对数正态分布和二参数威布尔分布作为夏比冲击功的相关系数检验模型,认为X80钢母材夏比冲击功更服从于对数正态分布。并对三种分布进行了参数估计,其中采用线性回归分析法对二参数威布尔分布的参数进行了估计,为后续进行的管线可靠性评估奠定基础。
Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to study the distribution model of Charpy impact energy data of a large number of X80 steel base materials in a gas pipeline. Based on the theoretical background of probability fracture mechanics, taking the normal distribution, log normal distribution and two-parameter Weibull distribution as the correlation coefficient test model of Charpy impact energy, it is considered that the Charpy impact energy of X80 steel base material is more obeyed in logarithm normal distributed. The parameters of the three distributions were estimated. Linear regression analysis was used to estimate the parameters of the two-parameter Weibull distribution, which laid the foundation for the subsequent pipeline reliability assessment.
