目的调查分析某氮苯合成建设项目存在的职业病危害,评价其控制效果,提出进一步的改进措施。方法采用现场调查、职业卫生检测、列表检查法等方法,对企业进行职业卫生调查,对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测与分析。结果该建设项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、应急救援设施、卫生辅助用室等方面符合国家相关的职业卫生标准。共检测9种化学有害因素;对接触噪声的6个工种进行个体检测,检测结果为78.1~83.8 d B(A);高温WGBT指数检测结果为27.8~28.4之间,工频电场检测结果为0.015 Kv/m。职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)检测结果均符合职业接触限值。结论该项目正常生产状况下职业病危害可得到有效控制,但应加强职业卫生管理,防止可能发生的急性职业危害。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational hazards existing in a certain nitrogen and benzene synthesis project, evaluate its control effects and propose further improvement measures. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, occupational health examination and list examination were used to conduct an occupational health survey on enterprises and to detect and analyze the occupational hazards in the workplace. Results The overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational hazards protection facilities, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue facilities and health aids rooms and other aspects of the construction project met the relevant national occupational health standards. A total of nine chemical hazards were detected. Six workers exposed to noise were individually tested, with test results ranging from 78.1 to 83.8 d B (A). High temperature WGBT indices ranged from 27.8 to 28.4 and power frequency field measurements showed 0.015 Kv / m. Occupational hazard concentration (or intensity) test results are in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The occupational hazards under normal production conditions of the project can be effectively controlled, but occupational health management should be strengthened to prevent possible acute occupational hazards.
